Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed (or access to which was disabled) does not infringe, or you have authorization from the copyright owner, its agent, or under the law to use such content, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated copyright representative, including the following details:
- 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
- 2. Identification of the removed content or disabled content, along with the location where it appeared before removal;
- 3. A statement affirming that you believe the removal or disabling was based on a mistake or misidentification of the content;
- 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court in Seychelles, and a statement indicating your willingness to accept service of process from the original complainant.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, our designated copyright representative may send a copy to the original complainant to inform them that we may restore the content or cease its disabling in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order against the user or content provider, the removed content may be restored or made accessible within 10 to 14 business days, at our sole discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In alignment with the DMCA and relevant laws, we maintain a policy for terminating users who are considered repeat infringers when circumstances warrant such action at our discretion. Additionally, we may limit access to our Site or terminate accounts of users who infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, regardless of whether the infringement is repeated.
